About Me

Lets begin by saying that there is no place like the shore. Wether its the lake shore or the beach shore it doesn't matter, you can always find me there! From the calm, cool, flowing breeze to the sounds of the water it is the most relaxing place in the world. So the question I pose to everyone is why wouldn't you want to live there, and if you can't why wouldn't you do anything and everything to bring it home! Well that's what I'm here for, I love to create and design unique shore inspired do-it-yourself projects for my new home. I am currently an engineering specialist at a local company located in the gorgeous small town of Erie, Pennsylvania. Between working a full time job and taking care of my family I am constantly looking for ways to relax. If you are not familiar with Erie, you must visit if you ever have the chance, its a small town located on Lake Erie. The shore is my favorite place to hangout, and did I mention we have the best sunsets I have ever seen! Between walking, running, playing volleyball, boating, kayaking, kite flying, picnicking, or just laying out on the beaches the Lake Erie Shore is absolutely wonderful!

Alittle about me and my family. I just recently became the proud mother of a little adorable baby boy. He is now the pride and joy of my life and I love everything that comes with it (Late Nights, Dirty Diapers, Teething, ETC ETC ETC)! I also am a mother to my cute, furry, lovable double doodle doggie. She is such a cuddler and I love coming home to her welcoming hugs and kisses.

I cant forget about my loving husband either, without him in my life it would not be complete. I give major props to him for putting up with my constant projects and outrageous ideas. But mainly for always being there for me, even if it is a simple as holding up a picture to see if I really want to hang it there. About 2 years ago after getting married my husband and I looked everywhere until we found our dream home. The problem was we really wanted to live in a neighborhood but wanted a home that seemed to have that southern shore feel. Well low and behold we found it and we couldn't be happier!

I can't wait to share our journey of updating our house to bring the shore in! So whats the only thing that can make this more enjoyable, well you of course!
